The Brazilian society is characterized for an ethnic plurality, being this product of a historical process that inserted in one same scene three distinct groups: Portuguese, indians and blacks of African origin. This contact favored intercurso of these cultures, leading to the construction of a country undeniably miscigenado. We as professors have the paper of formador of opinions we must pass these information the children, young and adults in subtle way, but that always he is focado in the main objective that is the equality between the social relations and nothing better that the school, and as it contributes for the formation of the identity of the black children. The school is responsible for the process of infantile socialization in which if they establish relations with children of different familiar nuclei. This diversified contact will be able to make of the school the first space of experience of the racial tensions. The relation established between white and black children in a classroom can happen in tense way, or either, segregating, excluding, making possible that the black child adopts at some moments an introverted position, from fear of being rejected or being ridicularizada by its social group. The speech of the oppressor can be incorporated by some children in massive way, passing then if to recognize inside of it: ' ' ugly, black, stinking, hair duro' ' , initiating the process of depreciation of its individual attributes, that intervene with the construction of its identity of child. They are children in process of emotional, cognitivo and social development, who can more easily incorporate the messages with discriminatory contents that permeiam the social relations, which starts to take care of the interests of the dominant ideology, that objective to consolidate the supposed inferiority of definitive groups. Of this form, we understand that the school in such a way can be a dissemination space how much an efficient way of prevention and reduction it preconception. In this direction, the daily pertaining to school will be able to disclose to methods and strategies of interaction inside of the school, favoring the recognition and the valuation in favor of the reconstruction of the racial relations consumed by the differences or ethnic divergences.

The acquisition of the written language of the child involves cognitivos problems, specifically, the ways of conceptual organization of the knowledge and the ticket in a way for another one (BLACKSMITH, 1995). The theoretical model, that approaches the question was studied and published for Piaget (1975). From the ideas above, it is important to stand out that the understanding and the development of the reading and the writing involve the ways of organization of the knowledge, that follow a certain order. These levels of organization characterize perception forms, that in the same way act in the projects assimiladores. The understanding of the internal logic in these ways of organization implies in knowing the processes of construction of the knowledge for the children and knowing to motivate them in classroom. The acquisition of the written language of the children requires motivador pedagogical environment, that facilitates the socialization and learning.
Therefore, the teaching action for the learning involves motivacionais aspects in the presentation and in the development of the contents programmarians, it needs to generate taken of decisions, it demands didactic and pedagogical procedures, but also they are necessary quarrels and reflections. Sabidamente, the pertaining to school evasion and the pertaining to school repetncia are current and preoccupying problems. How to motivate the pupils for the learning? How to extend the pedagogical didactic resources, to the reach of the professor, so that to education he is effective and happiness object? The present research considers to deepen it the knowledge on the pedagogical management of the paper of the professor of initial series in classroom, being involved the motivacionais strategies used and aiming at to facilitate to the acquisition of the written language of the child in the first years in the school. The study it elapses of a quantitative research, carried through in the Municipal School Coracy Prates of the Fertile valley, in Viamo, with the objective to know as if it carried through the pedagogical management in process of alfabetizao of the child in first the three years of Municipal school Coracy Prates of the Fertile valley, in Viamo, first semester 2010.
SUMMARY This work was carried through through the field research, having applied 30 questionnaires, that will deal with the thematic quality of life as factors ambient partner, which this related to ambient, social the questions, politics, economic and cultural that intervene with the life of children of the Municipal School Manoel de Paula Menezes Rasp located in the city of Lagarto/se, where these children and young possess a social vulnerability on-line generality, these also possesss its conditions not reasonable. In this research also it comes to deal with the quality life as an individual reality where these children possess factors that individually take they terrible conditions of life, as the use of drugs, the lack not to have or to possess good habits to like to practise physical activities, or not to have the taste of a good diet, that these evidence the thematic ones that they can be worked in the school for a good education of our pupils.
