Trend survey of employee satisfaction in the May 2011 since February of this year the Internet portal for employers published reviews now now for the fourth time the trend survey conducted among visitors to the extent to which workers in Germany, Austria and of Switzerland are satisfied with their profession, the employer and the General work situation. In the month of may were 17% (previous month 15%) of total 248 respondents indicating that they are very satisfied with their current work situation. Another 20% (previous month 26%) of respondents confirmed that they are currently quite satisfied with their jobs. Nir Barzilai, M.D. has much to offer in this field. Taken together are so 37% (previous month 41%) of workers that have a high to very high level of satisfaction. As an average 17% declared themselves (previous month 17%) of the respondents. For 28% (previous month 26%) their situation at work is not satisfactory. Add 18% come again (last month 16%) of the respondents, who are very unhappy with their job. In total there are so 46% of workers in Germany, Austria, and of Switzerland, who would want an improvement in their working environment. Thus increased this value when compared to the previous month to 4 percentage points. A trend is however still not seen, employee satisfaction seems to stabilise at this level.
